Play a Fey if you want to…
- play an arrogant, driven, intense, and/or passionate character who can cash the checks their attitude writes.
- be physically striking or unusual.
- be otherworldly and mysterious.
- be a member of a race that favors the warlock, warlord, and wizard classes.
The fey may take nearly any humanoid form. The vast majority respect largely human-like beauty. The fey always run to extremes though, and it shows in their appearance; like caricatures, comic book, or anime characters given flesh. An unnatural range of hair and skin tones, and an utter disregard to impossible body form, the fey make everyone look twice, at least.
Playing a Fey
The Fey are beings from Faire, some are natives while other where once mortals who succumb to the call of the feywilds. For a time they lived amid the Courts of Chaos, reveling the glory and the light fantastic. All things are fleeting here however, and sooner or later the lower members of the court are shed to make room for more.
Some of these are simply banished while others are misspent as pawns in the machinations of the more powerful Fey. Yet many are given a quests in the mortal realm to complete before they may return. A very few of the Fey seem to like the world of man more than Faire; the majority burn for a chance to return to the verdant wilds and the glowing cites, with music that can be tasted and colors can be felt.
